At Rhetoric Brewing Company in addition to our delightful variety of wine, mead, hard cider and beer we also offer snacks, soda, and coffee. Guests are welcome to bring their own outside food, but no alcoholic beverages are allowed to be carried in. When the weather is right, we’ll have food trucks and live music on the premises so you can eat, drink and be merry.  We also have completed our outdoor patio for the summer nights when you’d rather enjoy outside! Produced from fresh pressed Chilean or California grapes, depending on the season and availability.

BUTTON SHINER

12.0% ABV

A Chilean Sangiovese, made from fresh pressed grapes, floral aroma, with a subtle hint of cherry, an earthy/ mineral body and a dry finish.

BASHFUL DOLL

11.5% ABV

A Chilean Petite Sirah made from fresh pressed grapes, with an earthy characteristic, a tart cherry body and lightly oaked.

SPLIFFLICATED

12.0% ABV

A Chilean Carmenere, made from fresh pressed grapes, fruit/oak on nose, hints of berries/plums and a medium body.

HOTSY TOTSY

12.0% ABV

A Chilean Light Red blend consisting of Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah. Fruit forward with notes of plum/cherry and a smooth finish.
Produced from fresh pressed Chilean or California grapes, depending on the season and availability.

GOLD DIGGER

12% ABV

Our unoaked Chilean Chardonnay has subtle hints of apple/pear and finishes crisp.

LUCIDITY

12.5% ABV

A California Chardonnay (unoaked/filtered) made from fresh pressed grapes, with a fruity nose and subtle honey finish.

SCHLAWINER (schla-vee-na)

11.5% ABV

A semi-sweet Gerwurztraminer made with Chilean grapes with a sweet fruity nose, hints of stone fruit, lychee and a dry finish.

SWEET PATOOTIE

12.0% ABV

A semi-sweet Chilean Riesling with a floral nose, back notes of white peach and a bright finish.
Produced with fruit juices and Red or White table wine.

LILLY

6.2% ABV

A Riesling based wine cocktail with a subtle sweetness/tartness with notes of cranberry and hints of lime.

MANGO MARGARITA

6.2% ABV

A Chardonnay based wine cocktail with subtle notes of lime and mango.

VIRTUOUS C

6.5% ABV

Made with fresh-pressed apple cider from Ohio (Bauman Orchards). This cherry cider starts off crisp and tart with hints of cherry, is slightly carbonated and finishes dry.

PEACHY KEEN

6.5% ABV

Made with fresh-pressed apple cider from Ohio (Bauman Orchards). This peach cider starts off crisp and tart with hints of peach, is slightly carbonated and finishes with a subtle sweetness.

CULCHIE

4.4% ABV 33 IBU

An Irish Stout dark brown in color with hints of cocoa, coffee and a subtle bitterness that finishes dry. Served on Nitro.

TOAD STRANGLER

6.1% ABV 46 IBU

An American Stout dark brown in color with hints of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, caramel and finishes with a slight earthy character to balance everything out.

ROOSTER'S COMB

8.7% ABV 81 IBU

A Red Rye IPA dark copper in color with notes of rye, malt, caramel and hints of citrus that finishes slightly dry.

FOAL

6.0% ABV 64 IBU

An American IPA that is light gold in color with hints of citrus, grapefruit and finishes dry and dank.

AXE HANDLE

5.0% ABV 20 IBU

Named after the Bigelow Bridge in Union County, this American Wheat Ale is straw/pale in color with a light bready malt character and a slight hop bitterness that finishes crisp and refreshing.

FARMHOUSE

6.5% ABV 30 IBU

A Belgian Saison that is pale orange in color with hints of orange, citrus and pepper.

BACK 40

5.4% ABV 35 IBU

A smooth and easy drinking English Pale Ale, amber in color with hints of malt, caramel and a dry bitter finish.

SILVER KING

5.0% ABV 34 IBU

A California Common that is copper in color, with toasty malt character that finishes dry and crisp.
